From Brief to Show Floor

Every exhibition stand starts with a creative brief. You share your brand guidelines, target audience, and show objectives. Our in-house design team produces 3D structural concepts and renders — unlimited revisions until approved. We engineer every component: walls, flooring, lighting rigs, AV mounts, furniture, and graphics.

Fabrication happens in our nearest regional workshop. Materials are sourced locally to reduce freight and customs complexity. Quality is checked against your approved renders at every fabrication milestone. When the booth is ready, we handle crating, freight forwarding, customs documentation, and venue logistics.

Our on-ground crew arrives at the venue before you do. They install, dress, and walk the space to catch any snags. When the show ends, we manage teardown, crating, and either ship the assets onward to your next show or store them in our warehouses for future deployment.

Retail and Commercial Environments

The same infrastructure that builds exhibition stands also delivers permanent retail environments. Store buildouts, branded corners, POS displays, luxury furniture, and workspace interiors — all produced in-house to ensure the brand experience translates identically across geographies.

We have delivered Samsung retail corners across Latin America, Starbucks store buildouts, Giorgio Armani luxury furniture, Lancôme display systems, and Brioche Dorée restaurant kiosks across multiple markets. Each project follows the same discipline: concept adaptation, local material sourcing, in-house fabrication, and turnkey installation.

Early Warehousing and Asset Management

Booth components do not need to be rebuilt for every show. Our early warehousing solutions give brands a head start on conventions and conferences. By securing storage and logistics in advance, your exhibit stays protected, organized, and ready — eliminating last-minute risks and delays.

We catalogue, warehouse, and maintain your assets between events. When your next show approaches, we inspect, refurbish if needed, reconfigure to fit the new floor footprint, and ship directly to the venue. This reduces per-event fabrication costs, shortens lead times, and ensures your brand presence remains consistent across multiple activations.
