Exhibition setup and preparation

How We Work

You send us your brand guidelines, show dates, floor dimensions, and objectives. We ask the right questions. Most briefs take under an hour. Our in-house design team produces structural concepts and 3D renders — unlimited revisions until you sign off. We engineer every component: walls, flooring, lighting rigs, AV mounts, furniture, and graphics.

Fabrication begins in our nearest regional workshop. Materials are sourced locally to reduce freight and customs complexity. Quality is checked against your approved renders at every fabrication milestone. When the booth is ready, we handle crating, freight forwarding, customs documentation, and venue logistics. Your project manager tracks every crate from workshop to show floor.

Our on-ground crew arrives at the venue before you do. They install, dress, and walk the space to catch any snags. When the show ends, we manage teardown, crating, and either ship the assets onward to your next show or store them in our warehouses for future deployment. Booth components are catalogued, maintained, and reconfigured for each new floor footprint — reducing per-event fabrication costs and shortening lead times.

From brief to opening day, one project manager owns the engagement. You show up to a finished booth.
